INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

We will meet to develop your mental skills.  

  • Positive Self-Talk

  • Mental Imagery/Visualization

  • Present-Minded Focus

  • Process-Oriented Focus

  • Breathing Techniques

  • How to maintain positive attitude and confidence while enduring adversity and setbacks.

  • Developing other various skills to lead to our peak performance on the mental side of the game.

  • Depending on convenience we can meet in person, or I offer FaceTime and Skype sessions.

TEAM SESSIONS

We will develop all of the mental skills listed in the individual sessions as well as:

  • Improve the ability to overcome adversity from a TEAM standpoint.

  • How to perform as a TEAM consistently.

  • Improve the TEAM‘s resilience.

  • Develop cohesion and communication.

  • Develop leadership, and motivating teammates.

  • Depending on convenience we can meet in person, or I offer FaceTime and Skype sessions.

The Mental Side of Injury Rehab

After suffering a major injury, the rehabilitation process can be a daunting task for any athlete. The desire to be healthy as soon as possible becomes the athlete's primary focus. But the reality of the situation is that recovering from injury will take time. We will help implement a plan for the athlete to dominate the mental side of the recovery process. We will not count the days to recovery, but we will make the days count! 

By setting set daily attainable goals, we will achieve present day victories. While  on the road to physical recovery, the athlete will come out mentally stronger as well.
